After the first eight months of the sale of homes has had a positive performance for the Spanish economy, the number of home sales in September has surprised the experts by showing a negative sign.

Thus the data home sales in September brought to light by the National Statistics Institute show a drop in this type of transaction of 4.1%, having made a total of 36,049 transactions in the housing market.

From August to September the sale of homes has dropped nearly 18% although it should be noted that so far this year when compared to last year, the purchases have a positive balance of 11.7%.

As usual; the regions that permeate the sales activity of homes with 61% of transactions are Andalusia, Madrid, Catalonia and Valencia.

People do not finish it clear that housing prices would not continue to fall and between this and the slab of unemployment, are causing outside an occasional spike in purchases, real estate continues in the doldrums and more if we consider the disappearance of the deduction for the purchase of residence for income exceeding 24,000 euros in January 2011.
